Be real

• Use your real name and age.
• No fake events, fake reviews, or pretending to be a venue, artist or another person.

Be kind

• No harassment, hate, threats, bullying or sexual content without consent.
• Reviews are about the night, not attacks on people. Profanity is masked automatically.

Keep it on PullUp

• Hosts must not ask for payment outside PullUp, by UPI ID, phone number or link. Listings that do are held for review.
• No ticket touting or resale for profit.

Keep it legal and safe

• No drugs, weapons or illegal activity in listings, chats or reviews.
• Alcohol only for guests of legal drinking age. Events with alcohol are never shown to anyone under 18.
• Report anything that feels unsafe using Report on any event, host, person or review.

What happens when rules are broken

Reported content is reviewed by our moderators. Depending on how serious it is, we may hide content, warn, issue a strike against a host, remove events (with automatic refunds), or suspend accounts. Repeated strikes lead to suspension.
