Promo Code & Offer Terms

The rules for promo codes, early-bird prices and other offers on PullUp.

Version 1.1 · Effective 8 October 2026

1. Who offers what

Promo codes and most offers on PullUp are created and funded by Hosts for their own events. Each offer shows its conditions at the point you apply it. These terms apply to every offer in addition to those conditions. If PullUp itself runs an offer, it will say so and may have additional terms.

2. Promo codes

How they work

  • A promo code gives either a percentage discount (sometimes with a maximum discount amount) or a flat discount in rupees.
  • A code can be limited to particular ticket types, a validity period, a total number of uses, a number of uses per person, or a minimum number of tickets per booking.
  • Enter the code at checkout, or open a Host’s promo link that applies it for you. The discount is shown at checkout before you pay.
  • Discounts reduce the ticket amount before the payment processing fee is calculated.
  • One promo code can be used per booking unless the offer says otherwise.

Conditions

  • Promo codes have no cash value. They cannot be exchanged for cash, credit or other benefits, transferred for value or combined with other codes.
  • A code that has expired, reached its usage limit, or does not apply to the tickets in your booking will be rejected at checkout.
  • Codes cannot be applied to a booking after it has been paid for.
  • Hosts may add new promo codes after tickets have gone on sale. New codes do not affect bookings that have already been made, and we do not refund the difference to earlier buyers.
  • If you cancel a booking that used a promo code, the refund is based on what you actually paid. The discount is not paid out, and the code is not restored.
  • Codes are meant for the people they were given to. Publishing private codes, generating codes, or creating multiple accounts to reuse a code is not allowed.

3. Early-bird prices

Some ticket types have early-bird prices that end at a set date and time or after a set number of tickets is sold, whichever comes first. The time remaining is shown on the event page. The price that applies is the one shown when your tickets are reserved at checkout. Once an early-bird price ends, it cannot be claimed later, and we do not refund the difference to buyers who paid a higher price.

4. Our rights

We may cancel or refuse a discount, or cancel a booking and refund the amount paid, if we reasonably believe that an offer has been obtained through fraud, abuse, technical error or in breach of these terms or the offer’s conditions. Hosts may end an offer at any time; bookings already made are not affected.
